Building
The Building Department ensures the safety and integrity of all buildings and structures in the City of Priest River by administering and enforcing adopted building codes and ordinances. The department coordinates plan reviews and issues permits for construction, remodeling, demolition, excavation, and signage. Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and gas permits are issued and regulated by the State of Idaho.
