Downtown Revitalization Committee

The Downtown Revitalization Committee is considering options for renewing our aging downtown district.

The images below are a result of early brainstorming sessions and do not necessarily represent current planning, but they should provide food for thought and possible direction for further design. We have received valuable input from architects, developers, business owners, government officials and the public. Additional community input is very much encouraged! Contact us here. Note the expanded sidewalks, columnar street trees (no falling fruit!), street lighting and bike/walking path.

Do Not Drink Advisory Has Been Lifted.

The results of the third round of water sampling in the affected area have been received. All four samples taken on Friday have tested negative for the presence of bacteria, and we have consulted with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. Effective immediately, the Do Not Drink Advisory has been lifted. We thank you for your patience and cooperation during this water emergency.
