Land Use Files

This page provides access to land use applications, staff reports, supporting materials, and decisions for matters that are scheduled for a public hearing or have been approved following a hearing before the Priest River City Council. Documents are organized by file number and will be updated as additional information becomes available.

Public Comments:

Members of the public may submit written comments regarding a pending land use application by email to jgabell@priestriver-id.gov. Please identify the applicable file number or project name and include the file number, your name, address, and comments. To ensure the City Council has an opportunity to review your comments, please submit them by the deadline identified in the applicable public hearing notice, generally one business day prior to the public hearing.

Written comments become part of the official public record and may be subject to public disclosure. Members of the public may also provide testimony during the scheduled public hearing. The hearing date, time, location, and applicable comment deadline are provided in the public hearing notice for each application.
